Stepper programming

Hey everyone, I have a few questions. I'm a beginner, I working on a project. I have an Ardiuno mega with a "5 line 4 Phase ULN2003 stepper motor" connected to it. I need to be able to control the duty cycles, frequency, and the direction of the motor. Any ideas for the coding I can us?

Thanks dude. I'll do a little more research in to those links provided, any chance anyone can relay a to an interface for it like a computer or is that another thread completely?

I can't make any sense of this - are there some words missing?

It's the usual : "I could not be bothered to find the info via Google to start with, but the links given have so much text, is there not something simpler I can just cut-n-paste" - type discussion. I think. But the Original Poster may prove me wrong. Please.

I can understand the "can't be bothered" attitude even if I don't like it.

However it would be nice if the OP bothered enough to proof read what s/he types to make sure others will understand it.

Now you're dreaming...
