Yeah, or a troubleshouting guide.
E.g. Is the arduino powered by 9v? Goto step 5. If you tried it with 220v AC, go to a e-shop where they sell arduinos and don't try it again.

I mean allmost daily I see compliants over posters not providing the necessary information.
A sticky post to inform on how to ask for help and other sticky posts to help posters, would make life easier for everyone.
