STK500 target voltage, how to set in Arduino IDE?

Is there a way to set the STK500 target voltage in Arduino IDE? I'm using an atmega8 at 3.3v, normally 5v. Programs fine with STK500 under file, upload using programmer, automatically sets vtarget to 5v.
