stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding

Guys, im unable to upload sketches on my nano. i get stk500_recv(): programmer is not responding
Board, processor and COM port are correct(im on windows 8).
Im havign this issue after i loaded a sketch with watchdog. When i connect usb it starts normally, then just power led is on and i get message.
if i leave connected for certain time, then built in led starts blining like crazy.
Can you please suggest any method to solve issue?

Sketch with watchdog, this term leads me to think that your Arduino is resetting in loop, again and again. But why it firstly works? Show your sketch first and also details from error. This error usually means that Arduino is not connected or bootloader is not working.

i dont have anymore that sketch, im sorry. i can only descibe the behaviour: i connect nano, led blinks few times, then only power led works. when i upload i get error.
if nano is connected for some minutes, then led starts flashing like crazy.
any idea how to upload a sketch to clear all? any other solution apart burning new bootloader? how can bootloader being corrupted only by uploading code??

here the news: i just got another arduino and used it to burn new bootloader. Procedure was successfull but im still unable to upload any sketch...wht can be the reason? the led blinks every second.

Seems like it could be fuse settings issue or maybe the usb ttl chip is damaged?

Try nick's hex uploader. You can read fuse values and post back.
