stm32f103c8t6 cannot upload

Hi, i started in the arduino world with 2 stm32, since then, only headaches.

I tried to install drivers and such but i stuck getting this error:

stm32flash 0.4
Failed to init device.

http://stm32flash.googlecode.com/

Using Parser : Raw BINARY
Interface serial_w32: 115200 8E1

Can someone help a newbie like me?

That often happens when you don't have the BOOT pin set correctly. What upload method are you using?

I'm setting the BOOT 0 pin to 1 and BOOT 1 to 0 and using serial to upload.

I measured The 3,3v output of my cp2102 and it's showing 4v!
Have i fried my boards?
The LEDs still blinking.Is It a problem in The cp2102?

Is the 3.3V output of your CP2102 directly powering the STM32? If so then it could well have damaged the STM32.
