storing videos in sd card

what are the minimum requirements(for eg. clock speed and 8,16 or 32 bit etc) for the microcontroller to be able to capture videos and store it in sd card in real time.
the resolution should be medium. high resolution is not a need.

Well let's say 640 by 480 three bytes per pixel, 25 frames per second.
640 * 480 * 3 * 25 = 23040000 bytes per second for transfer and storage.

Arduini Uno has a clock rate of 16000000 which means it has to transfer data at 1.44 bytes per clock cycle.
Not going to happen is it?
