Strange Behavior on DS18B20 Temp sensor and Pull-up Resistor

Are the pull up resistors connected to the arduino 5V pin? If so, try connecting them to an external 5V source. I suspect that with more buses and pull ups the arduino board is not able to supply enough current...

Thanks for the warning, but for other components (For example other modules, motors etc..) i can have external supply's right? or its recommended to supply everything from one power supply ?
