i made a couple of custom compacts myself
here's my 1st, pic is a bit crap tho.
AtMega168 with lilipad bootloader (note lack of osc or crystal)
the pins at the top are: analog row top left, digital row just under, and 4 sets of power at the top right next to the digital row.
the pins at the bottom are power and ttl.
the wires are threaded tight thru the board for strength.
i dont have a board layout plan for it showing the tracks side tho.
it works like a charm tho
