I’m looking for an easy way to strip all wires of a 22AWG 3-conductor wire simultaneously.

I need to strip and solder to these LEDs:
I have quite a number of these to do. Currently, I’m separating the three wires to strip each individually, then squeezing the three back together again to solder to the LED. I’d like to do all this in a single time-saving operation. Any suggestions? Thanks!
