Student Kit - Lectures wont load

I bought the Student Kit and finished the first three lessons. However starting with the 4th lesson the pictures with the code wont load anymore. This continues with the other lessons as well. I cannot code, because the lines wont be shown to me, making the student kid unusable. Very frustration experience!

I tried Windows (Chrome, Firefox), Mac (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and iOS (Safari) and its the same loading error at the same passages each time.

Customer service wont answer. Has anyone an idea how to get Offline-information or a PDF-file to finish the kit? I am sad and frustrated at this point.
