Style sheet references only loaded with Arduino home page

On IOS 10 + Chrome, it seems like some of the page CSS are not being loaded unless i enter every page via the Arduino web home page.

e.g if i go straight to the Forum page, the layout is mangled badly. or, if i enter via home - then open pages 'in a new tab', the formatting falls over again.

P.S. it also seems to inhibit a screen grab (or i would have included one!)

Any thoughts!

I should have added that this has been around for a couple of months...
Tha pages are useable, but the bannners and menus are duplicated in a very strange way that requires scrolling down about three page heights.

(I'm comfortable with Chrome :slight_smile: )
