Suggestion: Automatically Switch to Serial Monitor if upload was successful

Dear IDE developers,
if you have Output and Serial Monitor in the same tab group, when the compilation starts the Serial connection is interrupted and after a while the Output tab get focus.

It will be great if the Serial Monitor can be focus after the upload was successful.

Another improment, you can close serial connection only if the compilation was sucessful, if there was error you should stay on output window and avoid to reset serial connection (and arduino programm)

That would not be in my interest! Typically I use a terminal program to display the data. This external program would be blocked by the Serial Monitor.

may be automatically switch if the Serial Monitor has been "activated" in the IDE then ?
