suitable shield needed

I need an ADC shield, with =>15v tolerant i/ps, ideally with at least 4, 12 bit ADCs.

What I am looking at, is to use sense resistors in 12v lines, and measure the voltage drop across them to calculate current. As I am only looking at differences in the order of 20mV, if I used potential dividers to o/p the difference at approx. 3v, the resolution will be badly reduced.

Any ideas of a suitable shield or some other way around using a pd?

A bit more info. The ADC shield would have to run of a 12v source, and o/p the ADC value at 5v.
