As a matter of fact I re-read all your posts as I guessed I'd missed something but the word "cargo" or similar is not there. You may think you implied this, you didn't say it. Remember that we can not see your thoughts, only what you actually write here. Feel free to point out which part I supposedly misread.
For the camera part: a camera normally captures and possibly records images, and maybe sends out those images to some central recording/monitoring facility. I've never heard about a camera sending out "picture text" and tbh have no idea what that would even be.
Your problem is that you come with a very poorly thought out idea, and then leave out lots of essential information from the start, the most important of which is the location where it's supposed to work, information that then starts to trickle in as we try to figure out the situation which is of course important for the feasibility of a project, and what kind of sensors you would need etc. Then when pointing out the obvious potential issues all we hear is "you read it wrong!". "Bike and trailer" apparently means "it's cargo". "Camera" also means something different than the usual.
