Feel free to point out which part I supposedly misread.
Sure
I have a very expensive electric bike and bike trailer
Plus the most valuable parts of my bike ( batteries/cargo) are easy access
Simple reading comprehension.

For the camera part: a camera normally captures and possibly records images, and maybe sends out those images to some central recording/monitoring facility. I've never heard about a camera sending out "picture text" and tbh have no idea what that would even be.
Picture text is self explanatory. When it sends out alerts to my phone it also sends a snapshot from the cameras.

Camera" also means something different than the usual
cam·er·a

a device for recording visual images in the form of photographs, film, or video signals.
"she faced the cameras"

Your problem is that you come with a very poorly thought out idea
Remind me why it's poorly thought out? The criticisms against the idea were were poorly thought out.
If I put the bike somewhere out of the way of human traffic false alarms will be minimized. The proximity alarms don't need to be excessive but I won't rest well without them there.
I'd rather give a preemptive warning not to touch my bike before someone even attempts it, the higher the perceived risk factor the less likely it is to be stolen. That's why I won't settle for just a motion alarm.
