On the webside under "contact us" is the adress of the officialy arduino mail address "support (at) arduino.cc". But I just get the the error message:

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.
A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of
its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address
failed:
"support@arduino.cc":
domain has no mail exchangers

Does anybody have an idea?

The email address worked for me and, as far as I can tell, the DNS records are present for an email server.

I suggest you try a Gmail account.
