Here is the list from bluetooth.com https://btprodspecificationrefs.blob.core.windows.net/assigned-values/16-bit%20UUID%20Numbers%20Document.pdf , but not all ids are displayed in their text form, or to be precise only Battery Level so far worked:
BLEByteCharacteristic characteristic1("2AC3", BLEWrite); //<---- "object ID"
BLEByteCharacteristic characteristic2("2A19", BLEWrite); // <---- "Battery Level"
also instead of WiFi 1010 I get just "Arduino" displayed for the device even though I explicitly set local name as
BLE.setLocalName("MKR WiFi 1010");
I used this example https://www.arduino.cc/en/Guide/MKRWiFi1010/enabling-ble and changed params, the example doesnt turn any ID into text either.
Ok, device name is hardcoded but can be changed with
BLE.setDeviceName("MKR WiFi 1010");
Just takes a while before LightBlue updates. The characteristics names is still an issue
Ok looks like the UUIDs supported are of "GATT Characteristic and Object Type" only
Well, not all "GATT Characteristic and Object Type" display as text, upgraded firmware, but it made no difference
2A2B seems to be the last ID that displays as text WHY?
Ok, mystery revealed. It is up to the application to convert ids to text, all free apps there including LightBlue have very limited look up table. I purchased Bluetooth Inspector pro and it shows more texts but still not all of them. Asked developer to update so we’ll see. Thank you everyone, you’ve been great audience!

Bluetooth Inspector 1.2.1 added the full set of services and characteristics at the time. Thanks for getting in touch @killzone_kid .
