Sure Electronics 0832 Dot Matrix Yellow Display on Arduino UNO

Hi,
I tried to test Sure Electronics 0832 Dot Matrix Yellow Display Information Board - Product code DE-DP106V110 by using Arduino UNO with the software I downloaded HT1632 from https://github.com/gauravmm/HT1632-for-Arduino/tree/master/Arduino

Following is the sample program used to test 0832 Dot Matrix Yellow Display Information Board.

But cannot able to see any light is on. Please advice.
