Looking for ideas to recreate the project, Surf Indicating Lamp. Unfortunately the author hasn't shown code or how it was done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you right click on that page, and select "View Page Source", that is what you would get on the Arduino. Can you find the data that you are looking for in that?
