switch from bluetooth audio to jack and viceversa

Hi,
I have a question about how works the hardware switch from bluetooth audio to jack and viceversa on an amplifier...
The problem I have is that I want that if there is no jack connected to the system the amplifier works via bluetooth but if I insert the jack I want that the system automatically switch the audio source from the jack source...is it possible to do this without a microcontroller?
the audio jack that I want to use is this: http://www.mouser.com/ds/2/670/sj-43504-smt-535545.pdf
but for example with this jack I can't recognize a condition of jack insert or not(it doesn't simulate in any case a switch that can drive for example an audio switch).
Anyone of you know how this trick is usually made?
Thanks!!

Yes it does.

The data sheet you linked to shows pin 3 & 6 being connected together with no plug inserted, the same goes for pins 5 & 2.

Hi thanks for answer!
Are you sure that with no jack inserted 3 & 6 and 2 & 5 are connected and not viceversa?
I never use this type of audio jack...they are not family to me and I do not have the possibility to try it before placing an order..
Thanks for answer, now I try to find a reliable solution with this configuration

That is what the diagram in the data sheet is telling me. Is it telling you something different?
