hello all
I am new to the forum so i'm sorry if i posted in the wrong place but i am trying to change this paintball sentry gun to run off of stepper motors (the pan and tilt) but i'm not sure how to change the code. The tilt(y-axis)is under too much stress for the heavy paintball gun tho it does work
any help or advise is very appreciated.

Nema 17 is a quite small stepper regarding torque. Using some kind of transmission You can increase that but You will loose in speed of settling. Can You balance the mechanics in some way to make the stepper work more easy?

yes thank you for the help and i was going to reduce the stress by using a belt and a simple pulley system to help out the stepper but i first need to work on get the coding side to work
Could You attach the code using code tags? I have no IDE in my smartphone.....
