Switching from Windows to Mac OS

I have used my Arduino Uno with a pc and now have a Mac. Do I have to somehow wipe it clean before installing drivers and IDE for Mac?

"It" is the Arduino Uno onto which I believe I have loaded OS specific information.

The arduino has absolutely no "OS information."
