Hi everyone.
I have noticed that often the IoT Remote App does not synchronize well with the IoT Cloud, what can this depend on?
For example, if I press a switch on the app, it doesn't update in the cloud or even in the nano 33 IoT. Back to work momentarily if I use the dashboard in the browser.
The code is just the basic "cloud switch" example so I don't think the problem lies there. The Wifi Nina firmware version is 1.4.1.

I noticed that the serial number of the Nano 33 IoT remains unknown, in the devices tab. I also tried to remove and re-add the nano 33 directly from the browser but it doesn't change.
The board is original, taken in the official Arduino store on Amazon.
