System font, IDE font tab issue

See attachment, the font on the IDE tabs seem off. Editor font is fine.
Any thoughts on what is going on

Is this the ONLINE editor ?
If not which version of the IDE ?
What OS ?

The OS is Mac 10.14.3
Arduino IDE 1.8.8
