Taking A/V input from my tv, and, though my arduino uno, and processing it

I was wondering if it is possible to use my Arduino Uno to (1) Take A/V input from my TV, (2) Process the video audio, and (3) send that video in (some format) to my computer to be processed; perhaps as a "Camera/Visual Input Device"

It’s not possible with arduino. You need USB TV capturing card.

It is possible to create video signal with arduino, I think wit analog inputs we can calculate frequency of signal and convert to digital value to send anywhere.. I need to do similar thing for my hexa to not use extra transmitter for video..
