Tap Android phone with Arduino pro mini

Hi, I'm looking to use an Arduino mini pro to use with my Android phone, I need it to:

  1. tap the refresh bar
  2. Tap near the top of the screen
  3. swipe the refresh bar and then repeat.

I Was thinking about using an Arduino pro mini with an OTG USB to my phone. I also have the screen coordinates for my phone screen that I need it to tap and swipe etc. Can it be done?

Lots of videos and other tutorials on how to brute force a pin code, for example... with some kind of "finger" tapping the screen.
