TCS 3200 vs TCS 34725 color sensor

Hi there, i searched about these two a lot but can't find satisfactory answers my questions are.

  1. If I use these sensors in a whole dark box/environment what should be the distance from the object to the sensor.

2.On comparing these two which is the most efficient sensor working best in overall

3.My TCS 3200 gives fluctuations in serial monitor numbers why does this happen.

  3. All sensors exhibit measurement noise, leading to fluctuations in output.

They work quite differently, so try them both and decide for yourself.
