TCS3200 Color sensor + button ?

I have a Arduino Uno and a TCS3200 Color-sensor and have been trying it out with this code:

That code makes it spit out alot of RGB(?) values to the serial monitor. But I want to use a button so that when I press it it does ONE color reading.

If possible I would also want to have some way to convert the values to display the color names, like: Red,Green,Blue,Pink... Are there any pre-made conversion tables for that sort of stuff?
