Teensy 4.1 Crashing

Hi.

I have a teensy 4.1, and it's running some relatively light IMU calculations.
I've been using 1 cable to program it and it's been working well for over a month. Today, my laptop did not recognise the teensy, and the red led was blinking in a way that in the teensy documentation states 'indicative of not having data wires in the cable'. I got it to work, was testing some code, and moved the board before it immediately crashed, came alive and repeated until the Led began blinking in the same way, and the problem restarted.

Could this be because of a soldering issue? The header pins are all soldered, don't think this is the case as the problem seems to be with the USB connection.

Sounds like a bad connection at one of the USB plugs or within the cable itself. Try another USB cable.

Sometimes the connector can start to detach from the PCB if it gets knocked etc - careful examination with a lens (dirt can get in connectors too, worth looking for that too).

But the commonest cause is a poor quality USB cable, from what I see on the Teensy forums, many cheap cables cannot handle power well, and the T4.1 takes quite a bit of current.
