You may have heard about how I got the wrong Arduinos in the mail... I wanna test one out, but only if they will still take it back... Can they tell of I used it? As in if I upload the blink sketch or something?

The 'salt water' is usually the remnants from cleaning flux. This wont effect the operation. Just calm down, delete the drivers and start again.
