Hi, I updated the library DallasTemperature (i rearranged code because I had version 1.00) and got an error that suddenly it mero about 2-3C more than they should (checked with normal mercurial thermometer)

I have no problems with mine. Using latest DallasTemps library.

Best test is to 'seal' one and test it in ice water. It should be close to 0-1 deg C.
