Could you read the value on this component ?
Does it say "102" or "152" ?
With "102" the pullups are 1kΩ, that is too low.
With "152" it might work, but that depends if the TFT shield has pullup resistors as well and how strong the signals are of each device connected to the I2C bus.
You could remove that component.
