I got a project to read temperature from PT-100 type sensors, the range is from -60 to 220 celsius, i have at least 4 sensors to read simultaneously and display them like excel sheet with date and record.
Can i make it with any arduino or genuino technology?
I need it for refrigeration system and motors and generators temperature monitoryzing in fishing ships.

Why do you need PT100 sensors? They are difficult to use properly with Arduino.
For refrigeration temperature measurement, NTC (negative temperature coefficient) thermistor temperature sensor housed in ABS plastic tube is more more frequently used.
