Temperature sensor?

I'm looking for a temperature sensor which I will be able to use it on a human body,
measuring the temperature or using it on components, just sticking it or attaching it on a surface
and measure the temperature, is there any with that ability and being accurate?

They all have the ability of being accurate. you just have to calibrate them.

next is what is your desired size ? most come in a TO-92 package, slide a round band-aid, insert, then connect to the skin.

DS18B20.

The DS18B20 looks good and I know but it sticking a long thick wire I don't think it's a good idea.

TO-92 looks a good idea, small compact size, well probably going to do a wireless temp sensor.

look past the packaging of the devices.

all come in TO92, but many come is pieces smaller than the wire used to connect them.
a 5k or 10k thermistor can be as small as the head of a pin.
There are wireless, RF powered temp sensors the size of the head of a pin.

See this about those temperature sensors:

The first ones shown are in the TO92 package. If you solder very thin wires to the TO92 it can be very lightweight..
