Tennis/Padel scoreboard

Hi guys,

I'm working on a project to make a small scoreboard i can place next to the field when i am playing padel (score is the same as tennis)
And use a RF to set the score.

I got a TM1637 4-segment display

I'm new to arduino, i can figure out the hardware part.
But i can't find a easy way to set the code.

to operate i use this 4 channel rf sender.reciever

I want to be able to set the score to 00-15-30-40-AA (A for advance)
When i press A, the left score goes up
Press B, the right score
Press C reset
D might someday be a buzzer.

Note that, when its 40-AA for example, it can become 40-40 again.

Can i humbly ask for someone the write this code, oh titans of technical wisdom?
