I'm studying a system to measure some cylindric components, I attach the current scheme with Siemens components.
In the case I'd like to use the Arduino world, which components should I buy?

I cannot properly answer that, I can only guess. Your question is not clear are you looking at test equipment or hardware devices for a project. What are we testing? Unless we know the project and potential future projects an accurate answer is not possible.
This is a project I need to build, it's not a test. We are testing taps, the profile is not a perfect cylinder so I want to use a LVDT probe to test it.
Accuracy is about 1µm, and I measure the taps while they are rotating, at low speed (5-8 rpm)
I highly recommend you pick the probe first, then what it is required to operate it. If I said use a gallon of water that would be about as close as I can get without knowing what is there.
As you can see from the scheme, the probe has a TTL exit. Which board can read this in Arduino? and can you suggest me a PRO board to act as a CPU? How to install a Python software on it?
