Incorrect formatting of debugger support warning

**Describe the bug** The message _Debug - Debugging is not supported by …._ is …not readable when the window is not large. **To Reproduce** Steps to reproduce the behavior: 1. Attach a board that doesn't support debugging. 2. Make the window narrow. 3. Hover mouse pointer over the debug icon on the toolbar. 4.
