The current "community guidelines" content, which is also accessible via the "FAQ" link in the forum header is currently the stock document is provided as part of the Discourse instance and not Arduino-specific in any way.
So the way to approach this would be to integrate in some way Perry's document with the "community guidelines" document.

Ma foi, je me suis posé plusieurs fois la question et je crains d'avoir vu juste.
puisqu'il il est question des deux premiers messages, @bak-et-lite peut faire une seconde tentative dans une autre catégorie ou mieux hors catégorie.....
A son premier message @bak-et-lite il n'a rien vu de ce qui suit :

Par contre sur le bord droit de l'écran il lui a été demandé (en anglais) si son message ne faisait pas double emploi avec ceux d'une longue liste........ ce panneau à droite lui a paru sans grand intérêt.....
il a donc posté ce qu'il voulait, lâ où il voulait .......
