You have a conflict over an interrupt vector.

Post the code in line, using code tags.

Tone and IRremote are both trying to use the same timer (in addition to the interrupt vector, one would expect that they'd try to reconfigure that timer in mutually incompatible ways).

You need to drop one of those libraries, and either find a replacement that uses a different timer, or drop the associated functionality.
