I am using a TF Mini sensor to trigger one of two relays based on a prescribed distance. The problem I am having is that in test circuits the LEDs that I had triggered to light a the prescribed distances were very dim, when I connected the system device to my relays the relays will not trigger. The Digital out voltage is only 4.75 volts when the pin is set high. Any thoughts will be helpful.

My crystal ball tells me that you didn't set the LED pins to output.
Or maybe not.
4.75volt through a (220ohm) current limiting resistor into a common LED should be ok.
