TFT LCD/SD Shield for Due

Hello,
I have searched high and low for the schematics for the above shield. Can anyone point me in the right place.
The reason being I can't seem to get any connection between the SD card terminals and anywhere other than the 6 way DIL socket. I have read that this doesn't function on Due and has to be extended to other pins.
