TFT SPI 3.5 screen does not work

Hello everyone I have the following problem and that my screen remains white yet I use the library TFT_eSPI.h which does not work I am looking for someone who has made connections differently from mine and managed to display a screen TFT SPI 3.5

I use PWM (with MOSFET and resistor 18Ω) @1kHz on pin IO13 to smooth the backlight.

I use 5V for VCC.

ILI9341are the same connections only need other driver.
