The Agent is not able to conclude the configuration process and set the RP2040 ad as a recognized device for the IoT Cloud

Hy everyone,
I'm trying to "set up a new device" for the Arduino RP2040 within the Arduino IoT Cloud.
The processor is regularly detected. Then the process proceeds through step 1 and 2, but it gets stuck on the last step 3, and after about one minute the “We could not find any Arduino device” message appears.
The process terminated successfully only once at the beginning of my experience with the RP2040 processor. On this occasion, I tested the board with a simple dashboard to switch on and off an external led driven by the Arduino. The functioning was not very satisfying: sometimes the control through the dashboard was immediate, sometimes was delayed, and sometimes lost some command.
Then I deleted the device from the cloud and tried to reconfigure it again. But with no more success.

Any ideas of what is going on?

Hello @alfrot11 can you please give us more details? Which operating system and browser are you using? Can you try disconnecting any other USB device from your PC, and closing any existing session of the Arduino IDE?

Hi Fabrizio,

I’m using Windows10 and the Chrome browser. I disconnected any other USB device from your PC, and closed any existing session of the Arduino IDE… and now it works ! The configuration ended successfully.
