I think I get the idea - and if so, I think this is really cool. But you need a little more text explaining the concept and what's going on when someone hits the site.
For example: Does your site affect all lights at once? Or does it only affect "my" light? If I were to build this into an art sculpture, would the light flick on and off as people on the Internet come across the web site and change the state? And would all the other lights that have been built do the same thing?
