This is the important line:
This is most likely caused by your Documents folder being on a cloud service like Microsoft OneDrive and not being accessible for the Arduino IDE to create the sketchbook folder at that default location.

I recently downloaded Arduino ide 1.8.8. For the first time I started it, it wor… ked fine. But after whenever I start the ide it crashes at initializing packages. I tried the arduino_debugger.exe in cmd line and it showed the following:

I've been using Arduino IDE for years in Windows 7, 8, and 10. Now suddenly it w… on't launch in Windows 10. I've uninstalled it several times and re-installed it. It looks like it's going to run by the initial launch screen popping up but then it goes away and that's it, nothing.
I've run the cmd line arduino_debug.exe file and attached it. Good luck it's all mumbo jumbo to me.
