How can I solve the problem that the arduino ide cannot access the programming interface? I have been stuck in the log interface, so I cannot access it. I also deleted the arduino15 interface
Folder, uninstall ide but still can't, has crashed, I also with many versions but the result is the same, please help.
Please explain what the "log interface" is. Is it the Serial Monitor?
Which operating system are you using?
Which board are you using?
You indicated that you have tried different versions. Where the all from the same family (1.x) or did you also try 2.x?
What crashed? The uninstall?
I uploaded a picture that looks like this. I am using Windows 11 with version 2.0.3. I have uninstalled the software but the result is still the same, waiting on this page.
I'm sorry my English is not very good
Is the Arduino logo in the center pulsating?
Do you have internet access on the machine where the IDE is installed; any firewall rules that might block the access (e.g. in a corporate environment or if it's not your own computer)? The first time that you run IDE 2.x it needs to access the internet to download some stuff.
Please follow the instructions given in IDE 2.1.0 - Changes made in Preferences are not saved - #5 by ptillisch by @ptillisch and post the results here. The logs will probably tell us what is going wrong.
As you specifically posted a screenshot about IDE 2.x, I've moved your topic to the dedicated IDE 2.x section of the forum.
Here is the same discussion.
Thank you very much.

Thank you for solving my problem. The location of the document found in the log cannot be written. I changed the location of the document, and now my arduino ide can be used normally as before
