The Arduino IoT Cloud is still not working reliably

As of tonight, the status of my buttons will sometimes and sometimes not be updated. The graphs are now working again. The Arduino IoT Cloud is completely worthless. I have mentioned a subscription for a year but that is wasted money. What a nuisance when lights keep turning on and off or you can't operate them at all. Who else suffers from this. It would be fixed from 13:20hr.

Hi @wersitime !

There was a service degradation issue on March 21st. This could be the source of your issue.

You can check both the status and past incidents of the platform in this page:

Could you confirm if your problem still persists?

Thanks!

Hello. I had some issues yesterday, but they remain same today. In Activity 7 of the Explore IoT Kit there is a switch case statement in loop() that iterates through the various screens used in this activity. Switch details are given under the heading "Screens workflow" under Activity 7: "Cloud vs Carrier Game". In my case, when I execute the switch as given by Arduino, loop() executes a 1st iteration (i.e., goes through each of the screens normally) but on the second pass through loop() it resets the MKR WiFi 1010 board, and the sketch restarts by executing setup() again. This behaviour is repeated permanently. Any suggestions on what's happening?? Thanks in advance. AlexA

Hey!

I was just going to suggest that you should open a parallel thread to answer your last question as it is not related to the original reliability issue, but I have seen that you have already done that  .

Hello. The last 24 hours everything works fine now! Only last night there was a one time interruption to the IoT Cloud.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm relatively new in the Forum and guidance is always appreciated. Have a great day!!
