The Atmega328 Standalone is not working on serial pins 2 RX and 3 TX

I doubt if all those libraries will fit into a ATmega328P.

They will:

Sketch uses 19776 bytes (61%) of program storage space. Maximum is 32256 bytes.

Global variables use 1431 bytes (69%) of dynamic memory, leaving 617 bytes for local variables. Maximum is 2048 bytes.
