The best camera for Arduino

Hi,
I'd like to know which camera a color is the best to start a project. I bought the LinkSprite but was slowly, about 30 seconds to download the image and now is broken.

There are others alternative that are better than Linksprite?

If the LinkSprite is the only camera I will buy it but I want to be sure that it's a good choose

What is your project, why do you need camera "for" arduino?
Is there something camera can't do w/o arduino?

The project is going to use 2 servos and a modem gprs, I am looking for a camera to take the picture and send it over 3g.
The project is almost ready, the connection over 3g works but the camera is broken, now I am looking to buy a new one but I want to be sure that LinkSprite is the best camera for Arduino.

Why not use a cell phone, it could take a pics with "built-in" cam and send it via MMS. Arduino, in this case, would be a "control center" - aside traffic channels, and only issue the commands to phone by serial link, or receive commands from operator and manipulate servos

Because I did everything  and I have a webpage to control the servos and display the temperature

Here you say:

is the best to start a project.

I guess, you mean re-start.
Than:

I bought the LinkSprite but was slowly, about 30 seconds to download the image

Downloading time doesn't depends on type of the camera, any serial camera is slow by definition "serial".
And

now is broken.

here you asking what is the best camera to survive some harsh condition? But there is no clue what are conditions, and why first prototype is broken

edit: what does mean "the best"?

Yes was re-start, and about the downloading is strange I read in some forum that someone did the download in 3-5 seconds...

With "the best" I mean the camera that is totally supported and a lot of people use that, just in case if I got any problem I can search the solution quickly instead a unknown camera that nobody use.

Maybe the "most famous" makes it more clear

What I know is that:

There is this camera: http://www.sparkfun.com/products/10061 ( what I bought the first time ) and there is this one JPEG Color Camera - UART Interface - SEN-09334 - SparkFun Electronics that is retired.
The second one was used for a lot of project, maybe I can buy it if I can find a shop that sell it.

Nobody know anything about CAMERA?
