So if the BNO085 IMU was used in a Tesla vehicle, how are you going to CALABRATE it.. It would be hard to shake and turn over the car... IS there another calibrate method for this module.. In general it seems that IMU chips are being discontinued faster than they can be made...
any thought's on these BNO080 chips would be appreciated... Thanks...
I would be happy with the static offset determination in horizontal placement. Acceleration sensitivity can be tested on some place with known declination. If later the car turns over then more precise sensor data can not help much, except for issuing an emergency call.
